We provide an easy to use platform for employee performance management: Performance reviews and 360 degree feedback are the backbone of a solid feedback process, and additionally we enable our client’s employees to send continuous feedback, praise and suggestions, and to track their work objectives easily.
How we beat the competition:
The main competitors are all aiming for the big shot clients, and they try to squeeze as many features in as possible. This results in bloated and hard-to-use software. We really focus on simplicity and usability. If a feature would make the product too complicated, we’ll not add it. The feedback we get from our clients like Atlassian and Quiksilver shows we’re on the right track. Also, design is important to us. Most HR tools look horrible, so we will to stand out from the crowd by being pretty.
