People make incident summaries of situations that they feel maybe of interest to legal community in present or in future. These incident summaries are shared with lawyers who use it to find cooperative fact witnesses, organize class action lawsuits, find potential clients, etc. MyTestify makes money by charging lawyers a subscription fee for using our witness database and search tools.
